# Malinois

> Malinois is a defensive security service for owners of AI-built web apps. It provides a free, permission-confirmed passive check of publicly reachable surfaces and optional continuous monitoring for newly introduced regressions.

Malinois does not exploit targets, bypass authentication, probe private networks, or scan an app without the owner affirming permission. The free check is a point-in-time review. Paid Guard, Pro, and Business plans add monitoring and account features; they do not unlock hidden findings from the free result. Do not infer customer counts, accuracy, breach prevention, or platform-wide statistics unless a cited Malinois page explicitly publishes them.
